Fabrik Condos

Following flood damage at Fabrik Condos, our team completed comprehensive restoration work across multiple units. This included removal and replacement of water-damaged flooring, baseboards, drywall, and ceilings. All affected areas were professionally refinished and repainted, restoring the units to their original condition with enhanced durability and appearance.

Iron Works Lofts

99 Chandos Ave, Toronto

A full refurbishment was carried out at Iron Works Lofts, including restoration of traffic coatings on all staircases, complete interior and exterior painting, and updated tile work. These improvements enhanced the building’s safety, durability, and visual appeal, creating a refreshed and modern living space for residents.








Tannery Lofts

736 Dundas St E, Toronto

Complete interior restoration of 45 units following extensive plumbing retrofitting, including drywall replacement, painting, flooring repairs, kitchen and bathroom restoration, fixture reinstallation, and final cleaning to return all units to fully finished, livable condition.

Pape Avenue Townhomes

83 Pape Ave, Toronto

Careful removal and replacement of the exterior building aluminum siding. The project aimed to enhance both the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the complex while improving energy efficiency.

Chabad Romano Centre

10500 Bathurst St, Maple

The renovation at this friendly synagogue involved an overhaul to it's office space to modernize and restore its interior. We focused on repairing and refinishing walls, floors, and drop ceilings. The project enhanced both the functionality and aesthetics of the space, blending modern updates with the synagogue’s cherished character and purpose.

St. Andrews Mill

470 St Andrew St E, Fergus

Waterproofing and concrete restoration at St. Andrews Mill, addressing issues of water damage and structural deterioration. The project involved applying advanced waterproofing solutions to protect the building from moisture intrusion and repairing and reinforcing damaged concrete surfaces. These improvements enhanced the building's durability, structural integrity, and overall functionality.

GTA Square Mall

5215 Finch Ave E, Toronto

An extensive asphalt resurfacing project was completed at a mall, addressing wear and damage to the existing pavement. The process included removing the old surface, preparing the base, and laying down a new layer of high-quality asphalt. The project also involved improving drainage to prevent future problems. The upgraded pavement enhances the mall’s overall appearance, ensures a smoother driving experience, and increases safety for both visitors and vehicles.

Fraser-MacDonald Animal Hospital

1577 Bloor St W, Toronto

A complete gut renovation of this animal hospital, which involved stripping the facility down to its core and rebuilding from the ground up. The project included reconfiguring the layout to improve workflow, installing new medical equipment and cabinetry, updating flooring and walls, and enhancing safety features. The renovation resulted in a modern, efficient, and functional space designed to better serve both patients and staff.

This project involved the installation of durable traffic coatings in the mechanical room to protect against wear and chemical exposure, along with the replacement of building sealants to prevent water intrusion. These upgrades improved both the safety and longevity of the facility, ensuring a more resilient and low-maintenance structure.

Lumiere Condos

At Lumiere Condos, we restored waterproofing for 50 balcony and garage units. The project involved surface repairs, applying durable waterproofing membranes, and improving drainage to protect against water damage, enhancing both safety and longevity.

Burano Condos

832 Bay St, Toronto

We completed a thorough balcony restoration, including durable pedestrian traffic coatings, epoxy injections for structural reinforcement, and interior ceiling repairs. The project involved surface preparation, application of a weather-resistant, slip-resistant coating, and strengthening cracks with epoxy. We also repaired water-damaged ceilings, improving the structure’s safety, durability, and appearance.
